From my Bristol psychotherapy practice, I help you untangle the invisible architecture of connection, the internal blueprints and attachment styles that dictate how you relate and love. We work together to update these relational patterns so you can connect more deeply without losing yourself.
I have over a decade of experience working with individuals on a wide range of issues and challenges. More recently I have begun exploring couple therapy, and have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. (This is distinct from my BPC registered individual work). I currently offer a limited number of couples sessions and am proudly queer-affirming.
